  • The Business Office Department is comprised of the Outpatient and Inpatient Admissions, ER
    Admissions, and Billing and Collection Departments.
  • The Outpatient and Inpatient and ER Admission Departments register patients for procedures
    and/or services ordered by their physicians. Patient Financial Counselors in the Billing and
    Collection Department verify health insurance eligibility and benefits. Benefits are explained to
    the patient including their deductibles and co-insurances. Patient Financial Counselors also work
    with the patients on special payment arrangements.
  • The Business Office encourages that patients visit us if they have a question about their bill or
    their health benefits. Our goal is to educate patients about their health coverage and benefits and
    keep them better informed, enabling them to manage their financial resources more effectively
    and responsibly.
