WGH To Host Eat Smart, Live Strong Classes

Wilbarger General Hospital is partnering with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service on a four-part health education program entitled Eat Smart, Live Strong. Those who attend the classes, which are free, will learn about healthy eating and will participate in at least 30 minutes of physical activity featuring Tai Chi exercises led by Melanie Martin of the WGH Rehabilitation Department.
The classes will be held every Monday in March -- 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th -- at 1:30 p.m., in the WGH Cafeteria. The classes will last for approximately 1 hour. To register for the classes, contact Jennifer Trufan at 940-552-5474.
